How much weight do you place on your internal communication processes? Whether you are conscious of the ways you communicate internally or not, there is a process. Processes are built over time and consist of whatever we do that gets the job done. However, that doesn’t always make them effective.
The words we use in our internal conversations matter, as does the way we communicate information. Yet, in many organizations, communication is often taken for granted, leading to confusion and misinformation. Confusion and misinformation can poison an organization and arrest its development and growth.
